There’s a checklist, and one must check several of the boxes in order to qualify as Quintessentially Eighties. I’ll give you a hint- Ninjas is one of them. If your movie in the 80’s had ninjas, it qualifies. And if it doesn’t have ninjas, you should probably go somewhere quiet to reevaluate your life choices. Ninjas are awesome!
