Good evening my faithful minions. I trust you are all well? Good! I am mostly recovered from whatever plague I caught earlier in the week and am ready to get back to the labs and make some more mirth for everyone. I just wanted to take a moment and let you all know what’s been going on at Castle Scarydad and what you can expect in the days to come.
As you probably already know, I’ve been sick this week. I’ve concocted plenty of marvelous serums but at the end of the day Alka Seltzer cold medicine worked the best. Go figure.
Anyway, I spent some of the time off updating and looking for ideas. Have you heard of this thing called Pinterest? If you click that link (or this one) you will be taken to the Scarydad Pinterest site. Lots of great ideas I want to try out, and hey, wait a second, I have a blog where I can try them and let you know how they turned out! So that’s what I think I’m going to do over the next few days. I’ll pull an idea off Pinterest and do it myself and review the results. Should be interesting.
Ok, next thing to discuss is Halloween. According to my watch there are only 54 days left. Do you already have your costume planned? Do you know whether or not you plan to throw a party or attend one? Don’t wait until the last minute folks. You don’t want to find yourself alone on the greatest night of the year with no costume and no party. Tick Tock!
As always, I can always use submissions, pictures, stories, ideas, project tutorials, and more. This site is designed for and (hopefully by) the users. I can only do so many projects at one time. If you have something you would like to share, please let me know.
And finally, please help us grow. If you like what you see, please share us on Facebook and/or follow us on Twitter. I know you hear it all day every day but it really is the way that sites like this find new readers. We promise to continue delivering (mostly) daily content that is entertaining, frightening, and fun. We also promise NOT to spam you or flood your feeds with crap. We are good, honest mad scientists here. Please help if you can.
Ok, with that, this has been Scarydad reminding you that if you pick it, it will never heal.
